After finishing school, I completed my training as an early childhood educator. Working with people has always fulfilled me, and it continues to accompany me to this day. After my second trip to Australia, I felt drawn to the Lenzerheide region, which has become a second home for me.

Here, I had the opportunity to work in various fields and gain many valuable experiences. The connection with people was always at the heart of my work – from young to old. Encounters, trust, and a respectful way of interacting are especially important to me.

In 2023, I consciously decided to take some time off for myself. During this period, I discovered my true passion. I completed several further trainings in the therapeutic field and found my way to foot reflexology therapy. At Bodyfeet Landquart, I completed my training as a foot reflexology therapist.

It is important to me to perceive each person individually and to respond to their personal needs. I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you for part of your journey – with calmness, mindfulness, and a place to arrive and recharge in an often hectic everyday life.
